Details on how we are preparing
We would like to take this opportunity to keep you informed of the steps we are taking to reduce the potential impact of COVID -19 on the business and our team. We are firmly committed to continuing to deliver our services to you at the highest possible standard, whilst ensuring that the health and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers are protected.
We have a business continuity framework in place which includes plans for a variety of potential business incidents. We have already implemented solutions to ensure that all of our staff can continue to carry out their roles whilst working remotely should the need arise.
Our standard operating procedures also have a number of redundancies built in to ensure that continuity of service can be maintained in the event of absence due to illness.
To protect our people from the spread of infection, with immediate effect, we would ask all visitors to refrain from attending meetings if they have returned from any of the affected countries in the last 14 days.
Although there are increasing numbers of cases of Coronavirus confirmed in the UK, this is not presently impacting directly upon our team members, but we will continue to monitor this situation closely and take action where appropriate.
We understand the importance of keeping our customers informed and will ensure that you are notified of any changes to our standard operating procedures, should the need arise.
