However, a terminal is not always the appropriate solution.

RSM2000 Ltd can provide a web based SWT (secure internet Terminal) solution. Credit and debit cards are authorised in real time using a secure web page. The web page simply replaces the traditional terminal.

The solution is ideally suited to mail order and call desk situations, where every operator can now have access to card authorisation facilities on their desktop. It is also suited to low volume situations where the terminal rental might otherwise make card acceptance uneconomical.

 RSM2000 Ltd also provide access to the service using IVR - Interactive Voice Recognition. Credit and debit card transactions can now be accepted using a telephone. This is ideally suited to mobile applications, such as party plan businesses or minicabs, and can provide a useful facility for exhibitions or market traders, where fixed telecoms is a problem.
