However, details of all purchases are consolidated on a single monthly invoice issued via RSM2000 Ltd greatly reducing administration for both supplier and outlet. Payment is collected using a single monthly direct debit, potentially reducing bank charges and reconciliation, and giving up to seven weeks credit.

Through reduced administration and greater volumes, suppliers are able to offer preferential discounts together with sales support and advice.

This service has been primarily taken up by the forecourt market, but the service can equally be applied to many areas of retail.
