The RSM2000 solution

After a discussion and assessment of HR4UK’s needs RSM2000 put in place a Direct Debit Facilities Management solution which enables the collection of regular HR Service Contract payments from clients by Direct Debit. This ensured fast, secure, ontime collection of contract payments, reduced bank charges and improved cashflow.

As HR4UK’s business grew the RSM2000 systems were able to adapt and grow with their changing needs. In May 2008 they moved over to RSM2000’s unique Direct Debit Collection Management (DDCM) system which allows secure, web based control of Direct Debits 24 hours a day 365 days a year – with fully customizable reporting, which imports directly into their own accounting and CRM systems.

RSM2000’s professionalism and its quality of service has now led to HR4UK opting to use RSM2000 for all of its card payment processing too.

Further enhancing its service offering HR4UK has recently added to its portfolio, payroll services for small organisations, and has joined RSM2000 to promote the use of Direct Credit through RSM2000’s BACS Bureau. Direct Credit ensures HR4UK’s clients’ employees are paid promptly and efficiently, whilst giving the businesses better control over when funds leave their accounts.
