The Direct Debit Facilities Management Service is designed for companies who do not have Direct Debit status. These are primarily young companies who do not have the requisite trading history to enable them to be sponsored by their own bank, or organisations, such as charities whose trustees do not wish to take on the personal liability that the banks require. Alternatively, a company may not wish to incur the additional cost of obtaining their own Originator Number.
Signing up with Direct Debit Facilities Management Service means we will fully manage the entire administration process from set-up through to regular customer collections on behalf of our third party clients. You will have highly trained and experienced personnel managing your account in accordance with BACS’ regulations.

The service includes:
· Liaison with client and bank in setting up Direct Debit Facility for client aligned with RSM2000 Ltd’s own originator status · Liaison with client, BACS and bank throughout entire set-up process · Obtaining approval of client’s customised Direct Debit mandate · Obtaining approval of client’s telephone script/web pages, where applicable · Collecting, verifying and inputting client’s customer data in accordance with BACS regulations · Modulus checking transactions to minimise inaccurate data and bounced payments · Sending confirmation letters to client’s customers as per BACS paperless regulations · Updating, amending and canceling customer data in accordance with BACS regulations · Maintain a complete customer database of collections history · Processing client’s collection files to debit their customer’s accounts · Liaison with client providing a full account reconciliation of client collections
