RSM2000 assists clients’ to ‘aggregate’ or ‘pool’ their card business to negotiate the most competitive rates for card acceptance, terminal provision, and associated services.

We deal directly with the Card Acquirers’ National Accounts teams who specialise in large group contracts, have experience with a wide portfolio of different businesses and who can usually offer better rates. Service charge invoices are sent to us for checking and reconciliation before being passed to the client for payment. Any incorrect invoices are returned to the supplier within 3 working days, ensuring that charges are only ever applied in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.

Personalised service, branded for you

Clients can offer the RSM2000 Card Acceptance Service under their own brand, with assistance from us in marketing and implementing the scheme... from design to printing and distributing sign-up packs. We can also manage the receipt of all documentation, ensuring that paperwork has been completed correctly, and requesting the relevant merchant numbers from each of the card acquirers. In short, RSM2000 can manage the entire process, from acquiring tenders to terminal roll-outs, tracking paperwork and ensuring that all parties are kept up-to-date.
